Dollhouses have always made a massive buzz in our loved ones. I don’t know why, but there is something when making a dollhouse which makes you remember your childhood again.

  • Along with the display of this Dollhouse and valuable toys out of our collection, we’ll be adding an exciting new experiential learning center into the area during the upcoming few months. Focused on our most recent visitors, ages 3-10, the interactive activities for children include hands-on play with toys, books, dolls and games from many cultures and lots of eras of history. Children will be invited to use their imaginations to touch, learn and create scenes and activities in the new area. We expect it will open new worlds to all these young people, as they know about community, history, diversity and the visual arts.

  • Aspiring architects, artists and dreamers of all ages adore a dolls’ house. It’s a mini set with that you imagine a variety of scenarios — from playing home to conceiving three-dimensional real life ideas to show how you want to change your present abode.

  • Yes, the toys are the driving force behind all the excitement, but boxes represent such potential for me. Once we begin on a DIY cardboard dollhouse or attic, the project really ends up being a gift that keeps giving. It takes us weeks if not more to paint, and style, and renovate, and supply, and repaint, and refurbish whatever generation we create from a specified box. Most recently, a neighbor was fine enough to provide us a box he had from a brand new office chair. Having recently seen a castle at Costco and contemplating the box was too small for the kids to use as a box home to themselves, we decided to create an Elsa-inspired one for my daughter’s dolls. In the process, we found and came up with some pretty cool add-ons to make the castle look particularly cool.
